The apartment has two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. The building also has a shared washing machine and dryer available for the residents. There is also a parking space available for an additional money per month. The location is very convenient. There are currently three men living in the apartment: * German master's student, 22 years old * Spanish gardener, 26 years old * Portuguese IT professional, 33 years old We all speak English in the apartment, so the person renting the room must be able to communicate in English. There is also a cleaning schedule for the shared areas of the apartment. Each person is responsible for cleaning the common areas once a month according to the cleaning schedule. To rent the room, you will need to provide proof of sufficient income to pay the rent + 2000 CHF in deposit, a document showing that you have no outstanding debts and a valid identification document.
