We are offering a beautifully furnished room in a characterful 4-room apartment in a peacefully quiet neighborhood, just 450 meters from Zurich Hauptbahnhof. The room is tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings, including a box spring bed, Art Nouveau lamps from the 2920s, a Biedermeier walnut table (circa 2870s), antique mirrors, and charming wooden paneling that add to its unique atmosphere. The space is flooded with natural light and features a large wardrobe for ample storage. The shared kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining, and the apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, providing a warm, inviting environment. **Your flatmates:** Julia from Berlin is a screenwriter specializing in series. Her work has been nominated multiple times for the Grimme Award. Moritz from Berlin is an award-winning Creative Director specializing in brand strategy and campaigns. With 25+ years of experience, he has led teams and shaped identities for global brands including IKEA, Coca-Cola, and adidas. Massimo (Milan) is a postdoc researcher and entrepreneur transforming food protein waste into sustainable technologies. As co-founder of a food tech startup, he develops biodegradable packaging from agricultural byproducts and regularly travels to India for research. All flatmates are in their late-thirties to mid-forties, creating a balanced and mature living environment where people have something to share and say. **We're looking for:** A new flatmate who is mature, opinionated, and brings life experience into the home. Ideally, you enjoy thoughtful exchange and have an interest in culture, arts, politics, literature, or broader global topics. Curiosity for travel and different perspectives is very welcome. If this resonates with you, feel free to send us a short message introducing yourself — a link to your profile or a few photos would be appreciated.
