Description

This listing was written in German.

A very beautiful old building apartment in a central location, right next to Fluntern church, is being sublet. At the time of rental, the apartment will already be **equipped with all necessary furniture and accessories**. A plan of the furnishings can be found in the appendix and a list of the most important furniture can be found below. The furnishing style is oriented towards Bauhaus. Since the apartment is about **5 minutes walk from the tram and bus stop Kirche Fluntern**, you can get anywhere quickly from there. The **Coop at the same stop** offers the convenience of being able to shop on the way home. Although the house is located next to a regularly trafficked street, you can hardly hear anything in the apartment. Especially **in the bedroom it is quiet**. The apartment is equipped with all necessary accessories such as kitchen utensils, dishes, various textiles, and bedding, etc. It is therefore perfect for one or two people who need a temporary place to stay, for example, to find a permanent apartment. The rental of the apartment also includes the **employment of the existing cleaning staff** for two hours a week. The costs for this are around CHF 180.- per month. The sublease lasts **from 16.10.1016 to 31.08.1017**. Please feel free to contact us.
