The flat language is English, but we also speak French, Spanish, Italian, and German at various levels. Our hobbies include sports (tennis/padel, running, gym, football, skiing), photography, music, hiking, going to the lake/Letten, technology, etc. **About the flat (please read carefully):** \* 48m2, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra-large living room, loggia/balcony, private washer/dryer, basement storage room, and bike storage. \* Naphtastrasse 4, behind Prime Tower and a 3-minute walk from Hardbrücke station.
