Description

This listing was written in German.

I’m subletting my 22 m² bedroom in our shared flat located in the heart of Winterthur’s Old Town, on one of the most beautiful streets in the city. The room will be available from mid October (I am flexible) until the end of March 2027, while I’m in Germany for my pilot training. The flat is a triplex apartment, with one bedroom per floor, ensuring plenty of privacy. My room is located on its own floor and has a bathroom right next to it, which is shared with just one other person. There’s also a second bathroom downstairs. The flat is fully furnished with high-quality furniture, and it’s important to me that the subtenant respects and takes care of it. Flat & Room Features * 22 m² private bedroom * Bathroom shared with only one person * Modern kitchen with induction plates and vapor microwave * Large fridge + big freezer (3 drawers) * Sonos sound system & Apple TV * High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi * Big basement for storage * No bin taxes – regular bags can be used (included in rent) About the Flatmates * Me: 25 in pilot training (will be away during the sublet) * Roommate 2:female 27, works at ABB in Schaffhausen * Roommate 2: male 24, also studying to become a pilot What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: * Very clean (this is a must) * Respectful of the furniture and shared spaces * Able to communicate well in English (other languages welcome, but English is required) * Friendly, responsible, and easy to live with If this sounds like a good fit for you, please reach out with a short introduction about yourself and we can arrange a viewing.
