The apartment A 5 m²room in a flat is now to be rented (figure 2). Short term stay like for exchange program is also fine for me. The apartment is located in the Nidfeld neighbourhoods in Kriens, on the 4th floor of a newly built building from 2025. The bus stop is right cross the street and takes 7 min to Luzern center. It is 73.2 m², brand new, very modern. It has oak parquet flooring (heatinging underfloor), an open kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher, a private washing machine and dryer. Also I have a robot cleaner, to save my life from cleaning. Besides, apartment has ventilation, large triple-glazed windows and a loggia. I furnished a bit the living room but your room is still empty. You need to prepare some furniture by yourself. But the initial days you also can sleep in the sofa bed. Also here are some disadvantages, this is a new neighborhood in living area, thus you shall expect a chill atmosphere. It's quite expensive compared with those old contracts, but we share the rental price while I will cover your internet and radio fee. About me Hi, I’m Boyi, enjoying exploring different cultures and countries. I have stayed in Japan for 5 years for my phd and Germany for 4.5 years for postdoc. I don’t smoke, don’t party at home and don’t have pets. I prefer a quiet and relaxed home. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, badminton and photography, also some computer games. My English is good, while my German is still quite poor. Who I’m looking for I’m not very strict. The main things are that you don’t smoke and that we keep the shared areas clean together. English for communication. It would be nice if we get along well, occasionally chat or have a coffee together, while still respecting each other’s privacy and quiet time.
