One of our beloved roommate is moving out, and we’re now looking for a 4th person to join our WG 😊 **The Apartment and Location** * 5.5-room apartment in Oerlikon, just 720 m from the train station * Located above a big Coop (open until 22.00) and across from Aldi * Room furniture to be taken over by next tenant (price to be arranged) * Terrace, perfect for summer aperos and BBQs * Storage cellar and bike storage **The Roommates** You’ll be living with a German woman, a Swiss man and an Italian man, all in their early 30s. Everyone is working, and we like to keep the atmosphere friendly and relaxed. When schedules allow, we enjoy having dinners together, movie nights, or just chatting, while also respecting everyone’s personal space. **You** We’re looking for a tidy, cheerful, and sociable person, ideally with a long-term contract, and preferably in their late 20s to mid 30s.
