I am subletting my spacious 4.5-room apartment in Zurich Oerlikon for an **initial period of 12 months**. The tenancy can start **as early as 1 October 2026**, or on another nearby date by mutual agreement. The 12-month period will run from the agreed move-in date. An extension may be possible by mutual agreement. The apartment is approximately **105 sqm** and consists of: * 3 bedrooms (approx. 16 sqm, 15 sqm and 12 sqm) * 2 bathrooms * spacious living/dining area * kitchen * washing machine and dryer in the apartment * additional cellar/storage space The apartment is **partially furnished**. Each bedroom has at least one wardrobe, and there is an additional wardrobe in the entrance area. The living room is partially furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. The apartment is particularly well suited to a **small shared flat of 2-3 people**, for example students, doctoral researchers or young professionals. I am looking for **one principal tenant** who will be my main contractual and administrative contact and who will be responsible for the full rent and the apartment. The principal tenant may share the apartment with up to two additional flatmates; all residents must be disclosed and agreed upon in advance. A parking space is available on request. The apartment is located in **8050 Zurich Oerlikon**, with convenient public-transport connections to the city centre and other parts of Zürich.
