I am renting my room in a 3 bedroom shared flat on Langstrasse. The rental agreement will begin with a 3 month sublet, with the opportunity to take over the main contract for the flat after 3 months. The rent is 2,440 chf per month. Wifi is an additional 20 chf per month. The flat is in a very central location in a great neighborhood with restaurants, shops, and bars. There are two very friendly and social flatmates (M, 32-37). We enjoy having dinner together, hanging out, playing tennis or doing other activities, and host the occasional party at our flat. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and one bathroom and comes furnished. The bedroom you would rent comes with a bed that you can take or get rid of. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the building. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Let me know if you are interested in being apart of this shared flat!

The room is bright and spacious and comes with a double bed, built-in…

The house is very spacious and comfortable. The location could not be better in my opinion, few minutes walking from the Limmat, around 20 minutes connection to HB and Oerlikon stations and with two supermarkets and several cafes across the street. I have been very happy living here for 5 years, Anto,…
